All bank transfer charges and local taxes must be paid by participants. All cancellations must be received by email narossa@ppm-magdeburg.de not later than May 25, 2012 in order to receive full refund of conference fee. Cancellations without any costs are permitted until May 18, 2012. After that you will required to pay full fee. A substitute may be made at any time.
